Because this is commercial product used in the field we give you a 90 Day Limited Warranty against any manufacturers defects. We do not cover regular wear and tear, damage from handling and/or improper installation by a third party installer or sign company.

Once we reply with a "Return Authorization" you simply take your package to the US Post Office and mail it back to us.
